Due to future development at Elms Farm, the Barn is available to let as office accomodation or similar use. The building comprises of four main rooms providing 2,500 sq feet of floor space. It also has a reception area and lounge area on the first floor with splendid views. Male and Female WCs and shower facilities.

Ample parking is available for up to 40 cars, and the barn is fully heated. The Barn could be sub divided to provide smaller office units if required.
